The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, assisting us with restaurant reservations and making our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and modern, with a complimentary Nespresso machine and capsules for our convenience. the hotel was situated in a prime location, easily accessible to nearby attractions and amenities.

Our honeymoon ended on a sour note due to the excessive noise from an adjacent building site, which affected half of the hotel. When we requested to switch to a quieter room, we were informed that there was only one available on the opposite side of the hotel, and an upgrade would come at a hefty price.

Great facilities, nice decoration and comfortable beds. The hotel was situated in a convenient location close to local restaurants and shops, and provided excellent views. The staff was friendly and offered a useful shuttle service.

The staff was unhelpful when we attempted to change rooms and charged us excessively to avoid the noise. Communication and service were generally poor, and the hotel lacked empathy for their guests.

During my solo travel, I had an enjoyable stay in a luxurious hotel with incredible staff service. The rooms are spacious, stylish and equipped with a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. The hotel staff was attentive and helped make restaurant reservations. The location was perfect, near many restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. the bathroom was clean and well-kept. The hotel boasts impressive facilities and room advantages that made my stay comfortable and pleasant.

Some areas of the hotel were affected by noise caused by a building site nearby.

While our stay was largely perfect, we did notice a slight sewage odor emanating from the drain in our room on the second day. However, this was only a minor issue, and did not detract from the overall comfort and luxury of our stay.
